Judge Steven D. Hudson
Dustin E. Nickell, 25, Milan, failed to appear in court on a charge of failing to register a motor vehicle with the Director of Revenue and had his bond forfeited in lieu of a fine and costs of $41.50 and $58.50 costs.
Arthur B. Dick, 24, Owyhee, NV, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding 59 miles per hour in a 55 zone (the original charge was speeding 20 miles per hour of more above the speed limit) and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner (the original charge was driving while intoxicated) and was fined $500 and $116.50 costs.

Applied Bank vs. Elizabeth Munson. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,910.03. The case involved a suit on account.
CACH LLC vs. Barbara S. Watkins. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $4,496.96. The case involved a suit on account.
Capital One Bank (USA) NA vs. Minnie Grimes. A case, which involved breach of contract, was dismissed.
Capital One Bank NA vs. Curtis Wheelbarger. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,808.36. The case involved breach of contract.
Bob Morgans vs. Vickie Millican. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,050 plus $81 costs. In addition, possession of the demised premises at 412 W. 13th St. was awarded to the plaintiff.
OCMAC, LLC vs. Tammy Tucker. A consent judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $3,222.50. The case involved a contract issue.
