The Trenton Area Chamber of Commerce has issued statement concerning a “green” environmentally safe bag on which advertising is being solicited for by the company.

Chamber President Jordan Ferguson said that while the Chamber has agreed to distribute the bags once they have been produced, the project is not being done through the Chamber office. Officials from the business have been contacting local businesses about the advertising, using Ferguson’s name. Ferguson said he believes the bags will be created and sent to the Chamber office, but that this is not a Chamber project.
