Sara Booth and her husband, Larry Shaffer of Hill City, SD are the parents of a 5 pound, 13 ounce daughter born at 10:14 a.m., on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 at Rapid City Regional Hospital in Rapid City, SD. The baby, who was 17 3/4 inches long, has been named Olivia Francis Shaffer and is the couple’s first child.
