TIF Commission Meeting
The agenda includes approval of a resolution, terminating the development agreement and release with the Trenton AMS LLC. In addition, the resolution requests the city terminate the AMS TIF plan and dissolve the redevelopment area, the special allocation fund and the TIF allocation financing associated with the project. This will allow for the redevelopment of the former AMS building into apartments to proceed.
