Capt. and Mrs. Christopher Hanes of North Pole, AK, are the parents of a 7 pound, 12 ounce baby girl, born at 7;15 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010 at the Bassett Army Hospital, Ft. Wainwright, Fairbanks, AK. The baby was 21 inches long and was named Loralie Barbara. She is the couple’s first child.
