Judge Steven D. Hudson
Keith Eric Roy, 37, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of careless and imprudent driving (the original charge had been driving while intoxicated -prior offender, and then amended again to driving while intoxicated). He was fined $300, $106.50 and $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation.
Mark T. Ledbetter, Jr., 27, 1618 Mable St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of third degree assault (the original charge was third degree domestic assault). He was sentenced to serve 13 days in the Grundy County Detention Center, with credit given for 13 days served. He is also to pay $116.50 costs.
Civil Court
The New Liberty Hospital vs. Thomas and Sharon Quintana. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Missouri Department of Social Services vs. Zella Whitney. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $3,839, with a stay of execution granted as long as monthly payments are made.
Ozark Financial Group LLC vs. Tammy Tucker. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $3,522. The case involved breach of contract.
HSBC Bank Nevada, NA vs. Sharon R. Squires. The court entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $3,630. The case involved a suit on account.
Midland Funding LLC vs. Michael Pruitt. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,369.19 in the case, which involved a suit on account.
Discover Bank vs. Dorothy J. Terry. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $11,985. The case involved a suit on account.
Midwestern Health Management vs. Colby J. Olmstead. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
GE Money Bank vs. Joann Retzke. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $717.74 in the case, which involved a suit on account.
Capital One Bank (USA) vs. David L. Bloss. The court entered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,761.48. The case involved a suit on account.

Amber Henke, Princeton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $55.50.
Jeremy McAlister, Milan, pleaded guilty to failing to equip a motor vehicle with two approved red taillamps on the proper level and was fined $20.50.
Alex Shelton, Gallatin, pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $80.50 and $10.
Augustine Villegas IV, Albany, pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $30.50 and $10.
