Memorial services for Donnie “Termite” Hudson will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010 at the Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Burial of cremains will be in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.

A family visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
Mr. Hudson, 58, died at 8:15 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 13, 2010 at his home at 2104 Park Lane in Trenton while under hospice care. The body was cremated.
Mr. Hudson was born on Oct. 20, 1951 at Trenton, the son of Franklin and Norma Stitt Hudson. He graduated from Trenton High School and attended the Trenton Junior College. He lived in Trenton all his life and had worked as a television repairman all his life, working for Hudson Radio & TV for a few years before beginning to work at Klinginsmith TV and Appliance until he became ill. He was married at Trenton on May 22, 1987 to Linda Pollard Ferril, who survives of the home.
He was a member of the Tenth Street Baptist Church
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his mother, Norma Hudson of Trenton; a step-son, Craig Ferril of Kansas City; a step-daughter, Leslie Ferril of Kansas City; two brothers, Gary Hudson of Brimson and Roger Hudson of Trenton; and by several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorials have been suggested to either the Wright Memorial Hospice, the American Cancer Society or the Tree House Inn at the Liberty Hospital.
