City Clerk Cindy Simpson said the next meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 23 at city hall. At that time, the city will hold its tax levy hearing as well as act on an ordinance for a conditional use permit for John Ohlherg, who plans to make a residential apartment in the back half of a business building at 813 Main St. The request was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission during a hearing this past Monday night.
