Practice for the Grundy R-5 boys and girls softball teams will begin on Monday, Aug. 9.
Boys and girls in grades 9 to 12 interested in playing softball are to meet at the ballfield in Galt at 5:30 p.m. and completed physical forms are due at that time. Practice schedules will be available at that time as well.
