Commission Sets Agenda for July 27
Items on the announced agenda include a pre-bid conference at 8 a.m. to discuss renovations to the old jail, with a pre-bid meeting on the HVAC system for that building set for 9 a.m. At 10 a.m., the commission is scheduled to meet with Ambulance Director Steve Tracy, followed by a meeting and lunch at 11:15 a.m. with Shannon Howe of Benton and Associates.
In addition, Presiding Commissioner Rick Hull and Grundy County Sheriff Rodney Herring will travel to Chillicothe on Monday for an 11 a.m. meeting of the Region H Homeland Security Oversight Committee. That meeting will be held at the Grand River Inn.
