Those were the days of woodstove cooking, canning fruits and vegetables, pumping water, hand tools and farming without electricity. The couple will specifically talk about the challenges of milking, separating and selling cream and milk. It was a time when a cream separator did more than hold a flower pot in a yard display. The program will begin at 2:30 p.m. in the main museum building.
All three museum buildings will be open this weekend from 2 to 5 p.m. Admission to the museum is $2 for adults and children under 12 are free.
