Kathryn A. Makover, 19, 120 Highland Ave., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Daniel P. Cradit, 19, Spickard, pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor and was fined $300 and $34.50 costs.
Charles W. Berry, 42, 1001 Custer St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
Rita Kupferschmidt, 1906 Cedar St., pleaded guilty to peace disturbance and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to a nuisance violation and was fined $100 and $34.50 costs.
Keona D. Jenkins, 28, 1604 Carnes St., pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs on each count.
William D. Dowell, 51, Gulf Port, MS, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $300 and $34.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to improper lane usage and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
Catherine L. King, 50, 1919 Savage St., pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana and was fined $300 and $34.50 costs on each charge.
Robert Mulvania, 23, 106 Harris Ave., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
