Judge Steven D. Hudson
Correction
Paul E. Thomas, 47, 71117 Catalina Dr., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of misdemeanor trespassing (the original charge was second degree burglary) and was sentenced to serve 90 days in the Grundy County Detention Center. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Dallas L. Frame, 18, New Hamp-ton, pleaded guilty to fishing without a permit and was fined $15.50 and $79.50 costs.
Associate Civil
Velocity Investments LLC vs. Betty A. Mathews. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Duane M. Brown, 40, Coffey, pleaded guilty to spinning tires and creating an unusually loud or unnecessary noise and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
William E. Gott, 18, 1607 Carnes St., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by excessive speed and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
Rebecca L. Hughs, 32, 1812 Princeton Rd., pleaded guilty to improper backing and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
Shelly R. Anderson, 38, 1321 Merrill St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
Jordon G. Colyer, 18, 323 N.W. Third, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $7.
