Judge Jack Peace
Billy D. Eads, 24, 508 E. 17th St., had a charge of third degree assault with physical injury dismissed.
Trent D. Blackburn, 27, 1812 Hillcrest, pleaded guilty to refusal to disperse and was fined $300 and $116.50 costs. A charge of interfering with an arrest was dismissed.
Civil Court
Jeffrey T. Mathews vs. Melinda J. Wilson. The case, which involved property damage, was dismissed.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Charity N. Parker, 22, Grain Valley, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with vision-reducing material not in compliance and was fined $12.50 and $58.50 costs.
Matthew M. Hessing, 22, 710 Haliburton St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Samuel S. Storer, 25, 812 E. 19th St., waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to Division I on two felony counts of property damage to a jail. Trial-setting was scheduled for June 12.
Amanda L. Parker, 26, 1602 Chestnut St., waived her preliminary hearing on charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of less of marijuana, and had her case bound over to Division I. Trial-setting was scheduled for June 12.
Okel L. Shirley, 51, 1120 Fawnwood Dr., pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle with the Director of Revenue and operating a motor vehicle without insurance and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs on each charge. The defendant also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $58.50 costs.
Karmen Podhola, 19, Trenton, pleaded guilty to third degree assault with physical injury and was fined $100 and $106.50 costs and was ordered to pay $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund.
Jerry Tate, 71, Laredo, pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident by driving off the road and striking a fence and was fined $400 and $58.50 costs. A charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated was dismissed.
Michael J. Krakowian, Tucson, AZ, waived formal arraignment and had his case bound over to Division I on three counts of non-support. Trial-setting was scheduled for June 12.
David L. Ramsey, 32, 1002 McPherson St., waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to Division I on charges of stealing and three counts of non-support. Trial-setting was scheduled for June 12.
Richard E. Tunnell, 28, 610 W. 18th St., waived his preliminary hearing on a charge of first degree child molestation and had his case bound over to Division I. Trial-setting was scheduled for June 12.
Shelley Birmingham, 39, 108 W. 16th Ct., had her cases certified to Division I on 11 misdemeanor counts of passing bad checks and seven felony counts of passing bad checks. Trial-setting was scheduled for June 12.
Marie E. McKinley, 30, 1202 E. Eighth St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of defective brakes (the original charge was failing to stop for a school bus discharging children) and was fined $50 and $58.50 costs.
Lynette S. Hennessy, 41, 710 Kumler St., pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to harassment to frighten or disturb another person and was fined $200. She also pleaded guilty to misuse of 911 and was fined $150. She is also to pay $106.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF.
James L. Templeton, 28, 201 W. 25th St., admitted violating the terms of his probation on an original charge of non-support. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to serve six months in the Grundy County Detention Center. Execution of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.
Christine Harrelson, 31, Milan, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $42.50 and $58.50 costs.
Associate Civil
Johnnie and Linda Urich vs. Justin Holt. The court entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,085.17, plus 9 percent interest. The case involved a suit on account.
