The Trenton Ball Association was in full swing Thursday night with six games in town. A pair of CVA girls teams were in action as well.
In the Pee Wee girls league at Moberly Park, the Geckos handed the Angelz a 21-0 loss while the Diamond Divas opened the season with a 22-2 win over the Stingers. Up the hill in boys action, the Royals topped the Shock Waves, 10-9, while the Cardinals defeated the Bulldogs, 14-8.

On Johnson Field, the Bantam League teams saw action. Game one saw the Cubs narrowly defeat the Crushers, 5-4. Game two was close as well as the Orioles grabbed a one-run win over the Daredevils, 9-8.
In CVA 10-12-year-old girls action, the Trenton Wave fell 6-3 to Milan B on Griffin Field. The CVA 13-15-year-old girls league team, the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, played their first game of the season and came away with a 15-5 win over Milan A.
