The body was cremated and services will be held at a later date.
He was born on Oct. 20, 1966 in Trenton and graduated from Tech High School in Des Moines, IA. He enjoyed stock car racing and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his mother, Judy Boehler Nelson of Phoenix, AZ; his father, Kenny Campfield of Urbandale, IA; three brothers, Daniel Campfield of Des Moines, Carl Campfield of Phoenix and Brad Campfield of Johnston, IA; a son, Randy Campfield of Des Moines; and his maternal grandparents, Ray and Marie Boehler of Trenton.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Boehler.
