Sandra F. Harding, 45, 1100 Laclede St., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Municipal Division

Alan N. Buckner, 40, Spickard, pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by striking a vehicle stopped in traffic and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
George T. Mosby IV, 48, Cainsville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of improper parking (the original charge was careless and imprudent driving by failing to yield to oncoming traffic) and was fined $300 and $34.50 costs.
Mary E. Miller, 24, Trenton, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $34.50 costs.
Canda Ramsbottom, 1609 Bolser St., pleaded guilty to private peace disturbance and was fined $25.50 and $34.50 costs.
William H. Haizlip, 52, 410 Linn St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle without a valid license (the original charge was driving while suspended) and was fined $250 and $34.50 costs.
Jennifer D. Bass, 25, Linneus, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle without a valid license (the original charge was driving while suspended) and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Jessica L. Huskey, Raytown, pleaded guilty to possession or control of drug paraphernalia, possession or control of marijuana and assault and battery. Imposition of the sentence was suspended on each charge and was placed on probation for two years. She is to donate $300 to the city on each charge and pay $32.50 costs on each charge.
Albert E. Milsap, 75, 821 W. 13th Ct., pleaded guilty to making an improper turn and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He is to pay a $25.50 donation to the city and $34.50 costs.
