Glen W. Allen, Jr., 34, Princeton, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs.
Joyce A. Cox, 38, 355 S.E. 60th St., had a charge of third degree assault with physical injury dismissed with a deferred prosecution agreement attached.
Associate Civil
Curators of the University of Missouri d/b/a University of Missouri Health Care vs. Carla Little. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $4,076.04 on count I and $535.40 plus court costs on count II. Interest will continue to accrue at 9 percent in the case, which involved a suit on account. Execution of the judgment was stayed as long as monthly payments are made.
