The Grundy County Health Department, along with the Wright Memorial Physician’s Clinic and schools in Grundy County (including Trenton Middle School and Trenton High School), will offer free sports physicals for the 2008-2009 school year on Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7.

Trenton students will receive physicals on Wednesday from 1 to 3 p.m. Students must pick up their yellow physical forms in the high school or middle school office and follow the instructions outlined on the cover page to receive the free physical. Completed forms must be turned into Lisa Schilling, the school nurse, on or before Tuesday, May 6. Students in the R-9 district will be bused to and from the clinic.
Students in the Grundy R-5, Laredo R-7, Spickard R-2 and Pleasant View R-6 school districts will be able to receive physicals on Tuesday, May 6. Information about those physicals are available at each of the schools.
