Brent J. Binkley, 26, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs.

Ashley Houser, 25, Gilman City, and Mark W. Stephenson, 57, Maryville, had charges of passing bad checks dismissed.
