Luella Hill, an 82-year-old resident of the Sunnyview Nursing Home in Trenton, died at 10:30 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2008 at the nursing home, where she had been a resident since November 2005.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2008 at the Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Burial will in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
A scheduled family visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at the mortuary.
Mrs. Hill was born on May 26, 1925 at Humphreys, the daughter of Ray and Pearl Hoge Ogan. She graduated from Trenton High School in 1943. She was married at Trenton on Oct. 12, 1946 to Stafford Hill. They lived and farmed all their married lives in the Galt community.
She was a member of the Honey Creek Chapel Christian Church.
Mrs. Hill is survived by her husband, Stafford Hill of the Sunnyview Nursing Home; two sisters, Eva Watson of Trenton and Alta Peters of Apple Gate, CA; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Hazel Peters.
The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers that memorials may be left to the Show Me Christian Home, Galt unit. These may be left at or mailed to the Resthaven Mortuary at PO Box 587, Trenton, MO 64683.
