City Council Agenda for 3-24-08 Meeting
Items on the announced agenda include committee reports, Youth Council report, an ordinance authorizing the city to enter into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement for the investment of public funds through the Missouri Securities Investment Program, an ordinance authorizing the execution of an agreement with Turf Solutions Group for the Burleigh Grimes Field renovation project, an ordinance authorizing the execution of a scope of service agreement between the Missouri Development Finance Board and the city for the Missouri DREAM Initiative Project, an ordinance enacting a new section entitled “Financial Responsibility” to the city’s traffic code, an ordinance enacting a new section entitled “Records” to the city’s code, an ordinance amending the city’s “Schedule of Fees,” an ordinance amending the section entitled “Land Use Permit” of the city’s code and an ordinance amending the section entitled “Minor Subdivision Approval” of the city code by adding a new subsection. Under new business, the city will award a chip/seal bid.
