Judge Steven D. Hudson
Norman Scheib, 411 E. 18th Street; Michelle Stiner, 900 W. 13th Street, Leann Hisel, Gilman City; and Brandon Rains, Spickard, all had charges of passing bad checks dismissed.
Terry Pekarek, 31, Wood Heights, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding one to five mph over the speed limit and was fined $200. His original charge was exceeding the speed limit by 11 to 15 mph.
Alec Craig, 40, Galt, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Jackie Marrs, 57, Spickard, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Joseph C. Smith, 26, Laredo, pleaded guilty to failure to stop at a stop sign and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
James A. Draper, 19, 1907 Princeton Rd., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs. Draper also pleaded guilty to possession of alcohol by a minor and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Tara D. Sullivan, 21, 2447 Lakeside Pl., was found guilty of disturbing the peace. Sentencing was set for April 15.
Hannah R. Staples, 17, 1606 Nichols St., pleaded guilty to violating the city’s curfew for minors and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Daniel L. Carroll, 21, Spickard, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle without a valid license and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs. The original charge was driving with a suspended license.
Jamie S. Wattenbarger, 31, 501 Monroe St., pleaded guilty to having no driver’s license when required and was fined $75 and $32.50 costs.
