Eric A. Bond, 37, 275 N.E. Eighth Ave., pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Ricky L. Stroup, 43, Middletown, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs.
Small Claims
Green Hills Medical Clinic vs. Gloria Miller. A default judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $392.50, with interest to accrue as allowed by law.
Associate Civil
Samuel Glenn vs. Director of Revenue and Stephen M. Downs. The court entered a judgment directing the Missouri Director of Revenue to issue a certificate of title evidencing such ownership of the vehicle to the plaintiff free and clear of lien.
Midwestern Health Management vs. Walter Bright. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,455.15. A stay of execution was issued as long as monthly payments are made. After the eighth payment, the stay will expire and the defendant is to contact the plaintiff for further payment arrangements.
Saint Luke’s Hospital of Trenton vs. Sonia G. and Jeff Demsich. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff and against both defendants jointly on Count I in the amount of $5,922.59, plus $2,194.93 pre-judgment interest and post-judgment interest to continue at 9 percent. On Count II, the court ruled in favor of the plaintiff and against defendant Sonia Demsich in the amount of $9,111.57, plus $4,931.48 pre-judgment interest, plus $1,327.24 attorney’s fees and interest to continue at 9 percent. On Count III, the court ruled in favor of the plaintiff and against both defendants jointly in the amount of $748.77, plus $266.97 pre-judgment interest and interest to continue at 9 percent. On Count IV, the court entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against defendant Jeff Demsich in the amount of $764.42 attorney’s fees, $98 costs and interest to continue at 9 percent. The case involved a suit on account.
Capital One Bank vs. Tanya M. Hisel. The court entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $859.90, plus interest at 19.60 percent. The case involved breach of contract.
Citibank (South Dakota) N.A. vs. Marylinn Wynne. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
