Tonight’s Class 1, District 14 first-round basketball game scheduled to be played at the Ketcham Community Center in Trenton at 7 p.m. between the Mercer Lady Cardinals and North Daviess Lady Knights has been cancelled.

Due to a lack of eligible players for North Daviess, the Lady Knights have forfeited their game, advancing the Lady Cardinals into the semifinals. The Newtown-Harris-Ridgeway match-up, scheduled for 8:30 p.m., has been moved up to a 7 p.m. start time due to the forfeit.
Games kick off at the KCC tonight at 4 o’clock with the Gilman City and Cainsville girls. At 5:30 p.m. the Pattonsburg girls will be in action against North Harrison.
