Judge Steven D. Hudson
Edward L. Jones, 36, Galt, had a charge of failing to display insurance dismissed.
Brett L. Dailey, 41, 1104 Avalon St., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Robert E. Hochstetler, 78, Spickard, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
