The North Central Missouri College Lady Pirates suffered an 86-61 loss to Crowder College Monday night in Neosho.

North Central fell behind in the first half and couldn’t keep pace as Crowder slowly pulled away throughout the contest.
Despite the loss, the Lady Pirates had several players in double figures. Kedra Dierking led the way with 12 points, while Cassie Hunt, Starr Taylor and Kari Shiflett all scored 10 points each.
With the loss, the Lady Pirates dropped to 7-14 on the season.
North Central will look to rebound on Wednesday when they travel to Kansas City for a match-up with Penn Valley Community College. Tip off is scheduled for 5 p.m. The NCMC men will also be in action against Penn Valley following the women’s game.
