Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jamie L. Johnson, 32, Steelville, had his case bound over to Division I on a charge of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license. Trial-setting was scheduled for today. He pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with vision-reducing material not in compliance with regulations and was fined $12.50 and $58.50 costs.
John E. Vencill, 47, Avondale, had a charge of criminal non-support dismissed.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Edgar R. Perez, 34, 1704 Tindall Ave., pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.0 and $32.50 costs.
Kenny D. Brittain, 23, 1802 Carnes St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs. He is also to pay $90 recoupment of funds to the Trenton Police Department. He also pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by striking a fixed object and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Karmen M. Podhola, 19, 912 Laclede St., pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession, by consumption, of intoxicating liquor, and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Richard L. Seddon, 44, 405 Monroe St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid license (the original charge was driving while suspended) and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates.
John R. Woodland, 26, 1103 E. 17th St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to pay $450 to the City of Trenton, $97.50 costs, $90 recoupment of funds to the Trenton Police Department and abide by the special condition that he obtain motorcycle certification on his driver’s license. He also pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a stop sign and having no state driver’s license when required. Imposition of the sentences were suspended and he was placed on probation on those two charges as well.
Patricia J. Chipps, 40, 506 W. Crowder Rd., pleaded guilty to violating the city’s curfew for minors (her minor child) and was fined $75.50 and $32.50 costs.
Associate Civil
Capital One Bank vs. Larry E. Monteer, Sr. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,047.88, with interest to continue at 28.49 percent. The case involved breach of contract.
Unifund CCR Partners vs. Anneliese R. Reim. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $13,546.11. The case involved breach of contract.
