Judge Steven D. Hudson
James P. Ward, 43, Spickard, pleaded guilty to knowingly operating a vehicle without two operable taillamps and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs. A charge of operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility was dismissed.
Lucinda Ingram, 43, Kansas City, KS, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of misdemeanor passing bad checks (the original charge was a felony) and was fined $100, $106.50 and $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund. She is to make $102 restitution to the prosecuting attorney’s office.

Trenton Coca Cola vs. Patience Stottlemyre. The court entered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $768.34. The case involved a suit on account.
