Derek Dorsey, a 20-year-old resident of Livonia and a student at Northwest Missouri State University at Maryville, died of natural causes on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008 at the Putnam County High School gymnasium.
A visitation is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2008 at the Playle-Jones Funeral Home in Unionville.
Mr. Dorsey is survived by his father and step-mother, Dale and Donna Dorsey of Brashear; his mother, Cathy Dorsey of Kirksville; and brother, Ray Dorsey.
