The Grundy R-5 Lady Panthers were eliminated from the Milan Tournament Wednesday night with a 78-16 loss to Green City.
The Lady Panthers fell behind early and could not keep pace with a solid Green City team.

Heather Vivone led the way for the Lady Panthers, scoring a team-high 12 points. Cloe Phillips was the top scorer for the Lady Gophers, scoring a game-high 24 points.

Grundy R-5 will return to the court on Tuesday, Jan. 15 when they travel to Ridgeway for an HDC Conference matchup with the Lady Owls.
The Grundy R-5 boys squad will be in action tonight at the Milan Tournament for a consolation semifinal game.
