Vern Taul, an 85-year-old resident of Trenton, died at 5:36 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007 at the Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.

He is survived by three sons, David Duty and his wife, Sonna, of Trenton, Clarence Ware of Grant City and Charles Scheer of Pacific Junction, IA; two daughters, Annie Runkles of St. Joseph and Barbara Treese of the state of Florida; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
