Jacob Hershberger, 27, Spickard, pleaded guilty to hunting over bait and was fined $143.50 and $81.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to failing to wear orange-colored clothing during deer season and was fined $5.50 and $79.50 costs.
Associate Civil
Wright Memorial Hospital vs. Tina Flieger. The court entered a consent judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $901.15, plus $95.99 interest, $78 costs and interest to continue to accrue at 9 percent. Execution of the judgment will be withheld as long as monthly payments are made. The case involved a suit on account.
