Jamie L. Holloway, 25, Laredo, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
William C. Easton, 22, Bethany, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $92.50 and $58.50 costs.
Anita L. Osborn, 36, 528 S.E. Highway Z, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Gregory L. Brown, 46, 413 Ridgeway, had an amended charge of failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width dismissed with a deferred prosecution agreement. The original charge was operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner by sliding off the road and striking a tree.
Having charges of failing to show proof of insurance dismissed were Tyler J. Mason, 24, 704 Lake Manor Dr.; Jeffery L. Robinson, 44, Kansas City; and Tracy J. McConkey, 37, Galt.
John R. Smiley, 25, Galt, had a charge of third degree assault dismissed.
Nancy E. Groves, 2013 Princeton Rd., had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
