Judge Steven D. Hudson
Devin P. Shemaitis, 19, 401 E. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid plates on a motor vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Tiffany L. Perry, 19, 511 Main St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of peace disturbance (the original charge was being a person under 21 in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption while operating a motor vehicle). She was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, with execution of the sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for one year, with the conditions that she pay $106.50 costs, $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund, complete 40 hours of community service and complete the Drive to Survive program.

LVNV Funding, LLC. vs. Nichole A. Probst. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
