June V. Gott, a 76-year-old Trenton resident died Thursday evening Nov, 8, 2007 at Eastview Manor Care Center in Trenton.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 11, 2007 at Edinburg Baptist Church in Edinburg. Rev. Stan Rushton will officiate.
Burial will be at Edinburg I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Edinburg.
Family visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007 at Slater Funeral Home in Trenton.
Mrs. Gott, was born June 30, 1931 in Miles City, MT, the daughter of Herbert Killgard and Myrtle Rehume Petterson. She attended Perry Chapel Rural Schools west of Trenton and graduated from Trenton High School. She was a resident of Trenton most of her life and worked for Gambles and Mattingly’s for several years.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Trenton.
On July 17, 1949 she was married to Charles A. Gott at Trenton. He survives of the home.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Danny Gott and wife, Jeanan and Chris Gott and his wife, Phyllis, all of Trenton; two sisters, Frances Mead of Mission, KS and Earlene Gallion of Sauk Rapids, MN; one brother, Bill Petterson and his wife, Nina of Trenton; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by two sisters, Ruth Parker and Thelma White.
Memorials have been suggested to Eastview Manor Care Center for their activity department. They may be left at the funeral home.
