Jeffery D. Lewellen, 41, 825 W. Crowder Rd., pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Russell A. O’Brien, 30, Bronte, TX, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Jesse T. Stretch, 20, 2308 Chicago St., and Matthew E. Hook, 28, Chillicothe.
Associate Civil
Vistar Corp vs. David L. Bain, Ronald Spidle and Bond Wholesale. The case, which involved breach of contract, was dismissed.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Martha C. Coon, 78, 2309 Oak St., pleaded guilty to careless and imprudent driving by failing to yield to oncoming traffic and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Pleading guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs were Malcolm W. Simmons, 65, Jamesport; Justin W. Herrin, 27, 713 W. 15th St.; Debra S. Pergrande, 46, Milan.
Earl D. Ireland, 18, Spickard, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to having no state driver’s license when required and was fined $75.50 and $32.50 costs.
Zachery F. McClure, 16, 754 HIghway 190, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $10.50 and $32.50 costs.
