Judge Steven D. Hudson
Annette Soper, 36, Spickard, pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child and had imposition of her sentence suspended. She was placed on probation for six months and was ordered to pay $116.50 cost and to comply with the recommendations of the juvenile office and/or the children’s division.
Phoebe Kitchen, 314 Perry St., had her motion to set aside a guilty finding or in the alternative, for a new trial, denied. Imposition of her sentence was suspended on a charge of second degree property damage, of which she had earlier been found guilty. She was placed on probation for six months.
Dennis K. Kolodziejski, 49, 510 Main St., pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle for which financial responsibility was not maintained and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Larissa Harper, 22, Mercer, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs.
Steven M. Boyd, 19, Blue Springs, pleaded guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to possession of 35 grams or less or marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Imposition of his sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year, with the condition that he pay $600 to the Grundy County Treasurer’s Office for the Grundy County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and $116.50 tickets.
Keila D. Hemsworth, 26, Kansas City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of having no valid operator’s license (the original charge was operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended for points) and not wearing a seat belt. He was fined $250, $10 and $106.50 costs, plus $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund.

William T. Stockman, 61, Oxford, pleaded guilty to improper lane usage and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
