Water will be off beginning at 9 a.m., at which time a boil water advisory will be issued. The advisory will be in effect until 3 p.m. on Thursday, unless otherwise reissued. The areas affected include Eighth Street, from Main to Jackson; Jackson Street, from Eighth to Seventh; Seventh Street, from Jefferson to 10th; 10th Street, from Seventh to Tindall Avenue; Tindall Avenue, from 10th to 13th Court; and 13th Street, from Tindall Avenue to Lawn St.
