Judge Jack Peace
Robert Hughs vs. Director of Revenue. The court ordered the defendant to issue a certificate of title for a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan minivan in the name of the plaintiff.
Kathy Stratton, 410 E. 10th St., was found guilty of stealing in an appeal from a municipal case. She was fined $100 and costs, plus $5.16 restitution to Kum and Go.
Division II
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Jeffrey P. Hanna, 37, 302 E. 10th Ct., pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $52.50, $10 and $58.50 costs.
Jacob L. Richie, 22, Savannah, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $42.50 and $58.50 costs.
Sondar L. Dick, 23, Pottsboro, TX, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs.
Brian J. Golden, 18, Spickard, pleaded guilty to failing to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Bryan C. Brown, 26, 600 E. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.70 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Kari R. Dixson, 25, 1109 Merrill St., pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Breanna D. Nuesse, 18, Blue Springs, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding 39 mph in a 35 zone (the original charge was 52 mph in a 35 zone) and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs.
Billy B. Blizzard, 35, St. Joseph, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Jessie L. Fehring, 28, Ridgeway, had a charge of failing to comply with the conditions of restricted driver’s license relating to vision impairment dismissed.
