Judge Jack Peace
Kirby D. Ricketts and Leona S. Ricketts vs. Stacy C. Stevens, M.D. A suit was filed for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiffs’ son due to alleged malpractice.
Division II
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Katlin M. Buckner, 16, Braymer, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $57.50 and $58.50 costs.
Associate Civil
Ace Property and Casualty Insurance vs. Nathan Whitney. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $6,913.75, plus interest and cost. The case involved an insurance dispute.
Erin Capital Management vs. John W. Stanturff. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,460. Execution of the judgment was stayed as long as monthly payments are made in the case, which involved a suit on account.
Capital One F.S.B. vs. Cheryl A. Crawford. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,509.18. Execution of the judgment was stayed as long as monthly payments are made in the suit on account.
Forsyth Financial vs. Christine S. Stanley. The case, which involved a breach of contract, was dismissed.
Danny Spurling vs. Director of Revenue. The court found in favor of the respondent, that the previous order issued be dissolved, with the petitioner to receive credit for the time which his license may be suspended from the time back to July 1, 2007, during which time he operated under the temporary restraining order dated Sept. 27, 2006, so that the petitioner shall be entitled to apply for a hardship driver’s privilege.
