Judge Jack Peace
Worldwide Asset Purchasing LLC vs. Kenneth R. Fincher. The court found in favor of the petitioner for confirmation and registration of an arbitration award.
Division II
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Amanda M. Lake, 21, Whiteman Air Force Base, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Zachary L. Peoples, 18, 1712 Bolser St., pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a steady red light at the point nearest the intersection and was fined $17.50 and $58.50 costs.
Municipal Division
Judge Steven D. Hudson
Derek W. Hert, 18, Superior, MT, pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
Gradey C. Raymo, 44, Spickard, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding not more than five miles per hour over the speed limit (the original charge was speeding 38 mph in a 25 zone) and was fined $275 and $32.50 costs.
Patrick Oyler, 212 E. Ninth Ct., changed his plea to guilty on a charge of stealing and was fined $100 and $32.50 costs.
Mitchell V. Briegel, 19, 216 E. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption and was fined $300 and $32.50 costs.
Michael E. Frisbie, 21, Eagleville, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and had imposition of his sentence suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and was ordered to pay $300 to the City of Trenton, $32.50 costs and $90 recoupment of funds.
Joshua L. Pracht, 25, 1608 Merrill St., pleaded guilty to amended charge of having no valid operator’s license (the original charge of driving while suspended) and was fined $250 and $32.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving with excessive blood alcohol content (the original charge was driving while intoxicated) and was fined $400 and $32.50 costs and $90 recoupment of funds.
Donald Douglas Shipley, 51, 806 W. 18th St., pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was ordered to pay $90 recoupment of funds, $32.50 costs and serve two days in the city jail. He was given credit for 12 hours served in jail.
Dennis K. Kolodziejski, 49, 510 Main St., pleaded guilty to failing to yield at a stop intersection and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
Laci L. Gray, 17, 802 W. 10th St., pleaded guilty to violating the city’s curfew for minors and was fined $25.50 and $32.50 costs.
