Jason W. Peters, 23, Liberty, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $42.50 and $58.50 costs.
Carolyn L. Hadley, 37, 923 Custer St., pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Patrick R. Oyler, 30, 1307 Cedar St., pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and 58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Thomas G. Shultz, 50, Olathe, KS, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of speeding 64 miles per hour in a 60 zone and was fined $200 and $58.50 costs. The original charge was 77 mph in a 60 zone.
Jamey A. Griffin, 26, 923 Normal St., had his cases certified to Division I on charges of driving while intoxicated (persistent offender), driving his vehicle to the left of the roadway at or within 100 feet of an intersection, driving while his license was revoked and first degree burglary. Trial-setting was scheduled for Oct. 11.
