Travis E. Sawyer, 27, 67 N.E. Highway O, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Brian K. Lurten, 41, Gilman City, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Ashley D. Houk, 21, Lineville, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs.
Chester Rice, Jr., 46, 1002 Harris Ave., had his case bound over to Division I on charges of making a false affidavit to mislead a public servant and passing bad checks. Trial-setting was scheduled for Nov. 15.
Elbert Rockey, 80, Princeton, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle to the left side of the roadway at or within 100 feet of an intersection and was fined $17.50 and $58.50 costs.
Santana P. Dios, 19, 1802 Carnes St., waived formal arraignment and his preliminary hearing on charges of second degree burglary. His case was bound over to Division I, with trial-setting scheduled for Oct. 11.
Beth A. Hughes, 17, 403 W. 12th St., pleaded guilty to being a person under 21 in possession of intoxicating liquor and was fined $300, $106.50 costs and $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund.
