The Grundy County Commission accepted a bid this morning for draperies for the third floor courtroom, but did not receive any other bids for remodeling of the two courtroom’s at the courthouse.

The commission accepted a bid of $3,279.65 from Twilah Garrison for draperies for the windows and two walls in the third floor courtroom. It was the only bid received. The commission had sought bids for renovations and remodeling of the third floor courtroom, as well as the smaller first floor courtroom. It has not been decided if the commission will re-bid the project.
