The Trenton Lady Bulldog JV softball team finished out its season Monday night at Griffin Field in Trenton with a 9-2 loss to Chillicothe.

The Lady Bulldogs got solid offensive performances out of Erika Ebersold, who got a hit and scored one of the Lady Bulldogs’ two runs, and Cydney Ferguson, who scored the other run.
Sam Hudson had a good game at the plate with an RBI double and Priscilla Pesina added a hit as well.
Rebekah Capeder pitched, striking out three in the Lady Bulldogs’ final game.
The JV finished with a record of 9-9 on the season. Head Coach Susie Vandevender was pleased with the season overall.
“I enjoyed coaching these girls this year,” Vandevender said. “I saw improvement in each and every one of them.”
