Amanda C. Gardner, 19, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to speeding and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $57.50, $10 and $58.50 costs.
Nevada C. Fields, 17, Humphreys, pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $17.50 and $58.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to not wearing a seat belt and was fined $10.
Associate Civil
Capital One Bank vs. Janna D. Hamilton. The court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $2,295.12 plus 9 percent interest. The case involved breach of contract.
Alan B. Watts vs. Director of Revenue. The court ruled in favor of the respondent and ordered the case dismissed. The court also ordered the previous restraining order to be dissolved with the petitioner to receive credit for the time which his license may be suspended from the time which he operated under the temporary restraining order dated Feb. 26, 2007 so that the petitioner shall be entitled to apply for a hardship driver’s privilege.
Herbert James Worsley vs. Director of Revenue. The court found in favor of the respondent and ordered the case dismissed. The court ordered the previous restraining order issued to be dissolved with the petitioner to receive credit for the time which his license may be suspended from the time which operated under the temporary restraining order dated Feb. 20, 2007 so that the petitioner shall be entitled to apply for a hardship driver’s privilege.
Jerry D. Harris vs. Director of Revenue. The court found in favor of the respondent and ordered the case dismissed. The court ordered the previous restraining order to be dissolved with the petitioner to receive credit for time which his license was suspended from the time which he operated under the temporary restraining order dated May 25, 2007 so that the petitioner shall be entitled to apply for a hardship driver’s privilege.
