Kathy Delauder vs. Landes Oil and LP Gas. A petition was filed for damages allegedly sustained by the plaintiff on the defendant’s property.
State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance vs. Nesa Ann Leeper, Larry Leeper, Margaret Leeper, Marian Hughes, Lela Hughes, Derek Thorne, Wright Memorial Hospital and St. Luke’s Health Center. The judge approved a wrongful death settlement and a limited release and indemnity agreement, ruling in favor of the defendants. The case involved a 2005 motor vehicle accident and was heard by Judge Andrew Krohn.

Alexander M.D. Calloway, 18, Kirksville, pleaded guilty to failing to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident, and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Mark L. Schmidt, 43, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to failing to register a motor vehicle annually with the Director of Revenue and was fiend $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
Cameron E. Sterling, 20, Jamesport, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid driver’s license and not wearing a seat belt and was fined $27.50 and $58.50 costs.
