Norman E. Britz, 48, Gallatin, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $32.50 and $58.50 costs.
Daniel S. Larson, 36, Laredo, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.
Gary Hanes, 66, 2304 Mable St., had imposition of his sentence suspended on a charge of third degree assault. He was placed on probation for six months, with the condition that he pay $100 to the Law Enforcement Restitution Fund, pay $60 restitution to the victim and pay standard court costs and a Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund judgment. Hanes had earlier been found guilty of the charge.
