Steven M. Loyd, 39, Des Moines, IA, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $58.50 costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $22.50 and $58.50 costs.

Christopher A. Clause, 21, 128 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to failing to display valid vehicle license plates and was fined $50.50 and $32.50 costs.
